MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite International is the 110-capsule international formula of Hydroxycut's high-intensity thermogenic. Each 2-capsule serving delivers 250 mg of caffeine anhydrous for energy and focus, plus green coffee extract, L-carnitine L-tartrate and L-theanine.*

How the International Formula Differs

• Caffeine: 250 mg per serving (US 100-capsule formula: 270 mg).
• No yohimbe or coleus: the US formula contains 56 mg yohimbe extract and 100 mg coleus extract; this formula has neither.
• Added ingredients: 100 mg L-carnitine L-tartrate, 5 mg BioPerine black pepper extract and 5 mg cayenne pepper (not in the US formula).
• Same in both: 200 mg green coffee extract, 100 mg L-theanine, 100 mg cocoa extract.
• Count: 110 capsules / 55 servings (US: 100 capsules / 50 servings).
• Tolerance schedule: slightly different start-up schedule; follow the directions below and on your bottle.

Suggested Use

To assess your tolerance, for the first day, take 1 capsule once daily. On days 2 and 3, take 2 capsules once daily. On days 4 and beyond, take 2 capsules twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals. Do not snack between meals. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Use in combination with diet and training. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Drink 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
